The mission of Curtis Engine’s Service Department is to provide excellent support for our clients by reducing the need for emergency maintenance services, minimizing equipment downtime, and increasing the reliability and productive life of their generators and transfer switches. We accomplish this by employing highly-skilled, well-trained, and well-equipped service technicians and applying cost effective techniques for scheduling, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Curtis Engine offers a full range of services to commercial, industrial, and governmental owners of power generation equipment including:

We follow the highest standards in the industry, including factory recommendations, NFPA codes, and the JCAHO Emergency Power Supply Systems standards. We will customize a service plan to help you meet your regulatory requirements and budget – from monthly NFPA 110 inspections to four-hour load tests every 36 months and everything in between.

Mobile Services

"Regarding our mobile service department, our technicians are available for emergency service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our factory-trained, certified technicians are highly skilled professionals with many years of industry experience. Their vast knowledge provides them with the ability and competence to service virtually any make of generator. In addition, each technician carries a fully stocked truck of replacement parts and equipment providing for quick and timely service. Lastly, Curtis Engine also has the capability to conduct generator set load bank tests. "Our Gold Seal Maintenance Agreement is our standard planned maintenance package. For a set annual rate, we will perform periodic inspections on all of your equipment listed on the contract. In addition, it is our standard policy to provide you with a written report within 10 days of the inspection. Our Gold Seal Deluxe package is the most unique and customer-friendly in the industry. For a set annual rate, we take over the responsibility of your generator so that you don't have to. In effect, we are putting our money where our mouth is and guaranteeing you that our certified technicians are the very best in the industry."
